Doctors Manitoba makes every effort to maintain your personal information securely so only those authorized have access. We are collecting and storing the least amount of information we need to allow us to provide you with further information about the Getting Healthy program and health-related matters. We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We will delete any identifying information after it is no longer needed.

The only information we retain is your name and email address and any past contest entry information.

Our site and records do not keep any other information you provide to us. Any information entered to use our Getting Healthy Guide (i.e. age, gender, pregnancy status) is not retained in any way connected to your name, e‑mail, or other personal identifying information.

Only authorized Doctors Manitoba staff and contractors will have access to data, for the sole purposes of sending messages and other updates which you have requested, as well as ongoing maintenance and quality control. Access is restricted to only these individuals and access is tracked.
